RichWebI am a husband, father, son, friend and leader (hopefully in that order).  I love my wife, daughter and son more than I ever thought I could.

My motivating vision for life has three parts:

  1. I am allowing God to transform me into a fully alive human being
  2. I am seeking to learn and grow in both my understanding and abilities
  3. I am committed to leading and nurturing a family, churches and communities that give faithful expression to the Kingdom of God.

I am the Vicar of All Saints Worcester.  Beyond being the overall leader of the church, I have specific responsibility for vision & strategy, leadership development and small groups.  I am the principal teacher at our Sunday gatherings.

I am fascinated by the idea of living simply and well.

I love the great outdoors, good coffee, a fine Cabernet Sauvignon, gardening, cooking and books.
